Course Description
Join us at the ORSI Academy, Belgium, for an in-depth training on fluorescence guided surgery, incorporating didactic sessions and hands-on surgical skills training on living porcine models, led by a world-class faculty. The course will showcase state-of-the-art fluorescence imaging equipment by Arthrex and aims to make you familiar with the key applications of fluorescence guided surgery across surgical specialties.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will get insights into the scientific landscape, clinical implementation, and best practices of fluorescence guided surgery in gynecological, colorectal, and gastrointestinal surgery. Furthermore, participants will be able to gain hands-on experience in the application of fluorescence imaging in key surgical procedures such as fluorescent cholangiography, fluorescence guided sentinel lymph node mapping, or fluorescence angiography in colorectal resection or gastrectomy.
